| dc.description.abstract | تعتبر الترقية من أهم الدعامات التي يسعى الموظف لاكتسابها منذ توليه الوظيفة لما لها من أثر يتمثل في زيادة في الحوافز المادية والمعنوية التي تدفعه قدما في اتقان عمله من أجل تحقيق الغايات والأهداف التي تضمن سير الم رفق العام بانتظام واضط ا رد، وفي حالة الإخلال بها يتعرض لعقوبات تأديبية تختلف باختلاف درجة وجسامة الخطأ المهني المرتكب، مما يؤثر ذلك على المسار المهني للموظف وخاصة ترقيته، ومن مظاهر تأثير العقوبة التأديبية على ترقية الموظف، الشطب من قائمة الترقية، التنزيل من درجة إلى درجتين، التنزيل للرتبة السفلى مباشرة.Promotion is considered one of the most important pillars that an employee seeks to acquire since assuming the job, as it has an effect represented in increasing the material and moral incentives that push him forward in mastering his work in order to achieve the goals and objectives that ensure the regular and steady operation of the public facility. In the event of a breach of these, he is exposed to disciplinary penalties that vary according to the degree and seriousness of the professional error committed, which affects the employee’s career path, especially his promotion. Among the manifestations of the impact of disciplinary punishment on an employee’s promotion are deletion from the promotion list, demotion from one to two levels, and demotion directly to the lower rank. | |
