| dc.description.abstract | الملخص : تقدم هذه الورقة البحثية محاولة لتبسيط أهمية الأدوار التي يؤديها الويب 2.0 بمختلف أرضياته و تطبيقاته في عملية الاتصال السياسي فهي تقدم وصف للإعلام الاجتماعي و علاقته بالسياسة و بالأخص الأشكال الحديثة للاتصال السياسي في المجتمعات الافتراضية كما تسعى الورقة إلى تلخيص نتائج مسح أدبيات البحث في موضوع الاتصال السياسي الإلكتروني بما يتضمنه الموضوع من أجزاء من بينها المشاركة السياسية و علاقتها بمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي و كذا التسويق السياسي الإلكتروني عبر الأرضيات المختلفة لهذه المواقع بالإضافة إلى مختلف الأدوار السياسية التي تؤديها الإعلام الاجتماعي و بالأخص مواقع التشبيك الاجتماعي. Abstract : This research paper presents an attempt to simplify the importance of Web roles with its different services in the process of political communication, it attempts to describe social media and its relationship with politics especially modern forms of political communication in virtual communities, this study also aims to summarize the results of previous studies on the subject of political communication in virtual communities, including political participation and its relationship with social networking sites and political e-marketing on these different sites, in addition to the different political roles played by the Web, and especially by its second generation. | |
