| dc.description.abstract | الملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على موضوع ضغوط العمل وأثرها على الأداء الوظيفي للأستاذ بثانوية البح محمد لخضر ولاية خنشلة. انطلقت إشكالية الدراسة من تساؤل رئيسي مفاده كيف تؤثر ضغوط العمل على الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين بثانوية محمد لخضر؟ وانبثق من التساؤل الرئيسي مجموعة أسئلة فرعية وهي كالأتي كيف تؤثر الظروف التنظيمية البيداغوجية على الأداء الو ظيفي للأستاذ بثانوية البح محمد لخضر ؟ كيف تؤثر الظروف الاجتماعية على الأداء الوظيفي للأستاذ بثانويةالبح محمد لخضر ؟ Abstract : This study aims to shed light on the issue of work rise and its impact on the job performance of the teacher, at the High School of labah, Mohamed Lakhdar, in Khenchela Province . The problem of the study started from a main begging, which is based on how the work stress affects the job performance of the workers in labah Mohammed Al-Khader high school ? Thus, A group of sub-questions emerged from the main question, which are as follows: How do pedagogical organizational conditions affect the performance of a teacher at labah Mohammed Al-khader secondary school ? .How does social circumstances affect the functionality of the teacher at Al-bah Mohammad lakhder High School ? •How do physical conditions affect the job performance of a teacher at Labah Lakhdar High School? | |
