| dc.description.abstract | تُعدّ الجرائم التي تقع داخل نظام المعلومات فئةً جديدةً من الجرائم الناشئة عن تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات. وفي ضوء تزايد الهجمات على أنظمة المعلومات وظهور "الجرائم التي تمس أنظمة المعالجة الآلية للبيانات"، وضع المشرع الجزائري سياسةً جنائيةً محددةً تتعلق بالجوانب الإجرائية لكشف الحقيقة وحماية نظام المعلومات من الجرائم ذات الصلة. ويشمل ذلك تدابير مثل الفحص الرقمي، وتفتيش أنظمة المعلومات، والضبط الإلكتروني. وبالتالي، يمكن القول إن هذه الإجراءات، التي كانت محور دراستنا، تتمتع بفعاليةٍ معينة في الكشف عن الجرائم التي تقع داخل نظام المعلومات.Crimes within an information system represent a new category of crimes arising from information and communications technology. In light of the increasing attacks on information systems and the emergence of "crimes affecting automated data processing systems," Algerian lawmakers have established a specific criminal policy related to procedural aspects to uncover the truth and protect information systems from related crimes. This includes measures such as digital inspection, information systems inspection, and electronic seizure. Therefore, it can be argued that these measures, which were the focus of our study, have a certain effectiveness in detecting crimes within an information system. | |
