| dc.description.abstract | تناولت هذه الورقة العلمية تحليل واقع المشكلات البيئية لنشاط مؤسسات محاجر الحصى والرمل في طريق عين التوتة -باتنة وأثرها على بناء التنمية المستدامة في بعدها البيئي. وقد اخذت كعينة للدراسة مجموعة من العائلات بجوار هذه المؤسسات. بهدف الوقوف على مختلف المشاكل التي تنتج جراء نشاط هذه المؤسسات وحولها دون بناء التنمية المستدامة في بعدها البيئي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن نتائج واقع نشاط هذه المؤسسات مدمر للبيئة المحيطة به. سواء تعلق الامر بالهواء او الغطاء النباتي وكذا فقدان المياه الجوفية. وعدم اهتمامها بالمحيط الذي تنشط فيه من جهة؛ وغياب وعي السكان بحقوقهم فيما يتعلق بإلزامية هذه المؤسسات بضوابط المحافظة على البيئية من جهة أخرى. . This paper deals with the analysis of the environmental problems of gravel and sand quarries in the road between AinTouta and Batna and its impact on improving the environmental dimension of sustainable development The sample of the study, consisted of households living near these quarries. The study reached a number of important results, including the fact that the activity of these quarries is destructive to the surrounding environment. And their neglection to this fact from one hand. And the lack of awareness of people living in the area to their rights concerning the duties of institutions to maintain the environment protection from another hand. | |
