| dc.description.abstract | تعتبر الجريمة الالكترونية من أحدث وأخطر الجرائم تواجدا على ساحة العلوم الجنائية اليوم، وذلك لما تشكله هذه الجريمة من تهديد كبير يمس الأفراد والمؤسسات ويتعداهم حتى للمساس بأمن الدول واستقرارها، وهو الأمر الذي جعل العديد من دول العالم وعلى رأسها الجزائر تضع ضرورة التصدي لهذه الجريمة والعمل على كبح مخاطرها أولوية في قائمة حماية الدول ومواطنيها، وهو الأمر الذي ترجمته العديد من النصوص القانونية المستحدثة بهدف الوقاية من الجريمة الالكترونية ومكافحتها والتي عملت في مختلف موادها على وضع العديد من الآليات الردعية والعقابية وتعزيزها بهيئات وطنية ومحلية أنيط بها إلى جانب الهيئات القضائية دور العمل على مكافحة الجريمة الالكترونية والحد من انتشارها، وسنركز من خلال هذا المقال على بيان وتوضيح مختلف الآليات العقابية التي رصدها المشرع الجزائري في سبيل مكافحة الجريمة الالكترونية والوقاية من مخاطرها.
