Abstract
إن إقرار المشرع الجزائري بالشخصية المعنوية للوقف هدفه أن يتمتع هذا الأخير بكل النتائج القانونية المترتبة عن ذلك و بالتالي يمنح له مرونة و استقلالية تساعده على تحقيق أغراضه و أهدافه. فبمجرد نشأة الملك الوقفي يعترف له القانون الجزائري بالشخصية المعنوية كأهم أثر،و هو ما مكنه من لعب دور هام في العناية بالفئات الضعيفة بل أصبح يساهم أيضا في تنمية في تنمية الدولة و رقيها
