Abstract
الملخص : من أهم المشاكل التــي تواجه القائمين علــى الرعايــة الصحية للمرضى المزمنيـن بصفة عامة ومرضى السكري بصفة خاصة، فشل معظم المرضى فــــي متابعة التوصيات الموصوفة مــن قبــل الأطبــاء والأخصائيين، وهــذا مــا يعــرف بعدم الالتزام الصحــي أو العلاجي وهو ما سيتناوله هذا المقال، مـــن خلال التطرق لأهم التعريفات المقدمة حوله ولأهميته من الناحية الإكلينيكية، والاقتصادية، والأكاديمية، والعـوامل المؤثرة فيــه كما سنستعرض نتائج عدم الالتزام الصحي على المستوى الطبي والاقتصادي، وأهم الإستراتيجيـات المقدمة لتحسينه لدى المرضى، لنعرض في الأخير سلوكات الالتزام الصحي لدى مرضى السكري.
Abstract : Of the most important problems facing those in charge of health care for patients with
chronic in general and diabetes in particular, most of the patients failed to follow up the
recommendations prescribed by doctors and specialists, and this is known not to ,or
therapeutic health commitment, and is to be taken up this article, through the most important
definitions provided ,and the importance of the clinical, economic, academic, and factors
affecting it, as we will review the results of economic health commitment on the medical level
and measurement methods, the most important strategies presented for improvement in
patients, so we can show in the last health behaviors commitment of diabetics.
