| dc.description.abstract | إن هدف هذا البحث هو مقاومة ظاهرة الفساد كظاهرة سياسية واجتماعية واقتصادية وحتى دينية ساهمت فيها عوامل عديدة مباشرة وغير مباشرة، شجعت على وسائل غير مشروعة. سواء بالقوانين الدولية أو السياسات الحكومية من خلال الحصول على منفعة شخصية على حساب القيم الإنسانية. ومن الجدير بالذكر أن هذه الأسباب قد تنشأ هرمياً من الاقتصاد، ولها قيمة اجتماعية قيمة. ولكل تأثير وسبب عواقب؛ والتي تحتوي على عدة إشكاليات تشجع على دخول هذه الظاهرة المرضية في حياتنا الاجتماعية؛ والتي بدورها تعيق التنمية وتساهم في مسار التنمية؛ وخاصة في المجتمعات النامية. لذلك؛ سيتعين علينا معرفة الأسباب والآثار على ظاهرة الفساد؛ للبحث بشكل أفضلThe aim of this research is to combat the phenomenon of corruption as a political, social, economic and even religious phenomenon that has been contributed to by many factors directly and indirectly, encouraging illegal means. Whether by international laws or government policies by obtaining personal benefit at the expense of human values. It is worth noting that these reasons may arise hierarchically from the economy, and have a valuable social value.
