| dc.description.abstract | تلعب البيئة دورا هاما داخل كل المجتمعات ، حيث اهتمت بها كل التشريعات ، ولهذا أولاها المشرع الجزائري اهتمام كبير وفرض على الهيئات المحلية حمايتها بموجب نصوص قانونية سواء في قانون الجماعات الإقليمية أو بموجب نصوص قانونية أخرى ، والغرض من ذلك هو منح الإنسان العيش في بيئة هادئة ونظيفة بعيدا عن كل الملوثات التي تضر الإنسان داخل المحيط البيئي الذي يقطن بداخله The environment plays important role in all societies . so all the legisletions interested in for that reason,the algerien legislation focus on it and oblige the local authonties to protect it by law,either by the law of communities or other legal texts . The aim of his protection is to make the human live in aclean and quit environment for all pollutants the at may hurts the human being inside his own environment . | |
