| dc.description.abstract | الملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى إلقاء الضوء على دور الجامعة في تشجيع روح المقاولاتية لدى الطالب الجامعي (الرأس مال البشري، من خلال تعزيز مفهوم الثقافة المقاولاتية وكذا تفعيل فكرة فتح تخصصات حول مشروع مقاولة أو تدريسها كمادة أو توجيه البحوث الجامعية نحو المشاريع الاستثمارية، حيث يعتبر الرأس المال البشري في وقتنا الراهن الثروة الحقيقة للتنمية الاقتصادية كأساس للإبداع والابتكار. ولتحقيق هدف هذا البحث قمنا بمعالجة الموضوع من خلال توضيح علاقة الجامعة بالتنمية الاقتصادية، وكذلك بيان وظيفة الجامعة في تعزيز ثقافة إنشاء المشاريع المقاولاتية، وتفعيل البرامج التكوينية والعلمية في الجامعة وتزويد الطلبة بالمهارات والكفاءات لبناء مستقبلهم المهني بقراءة سوسيو - اقتصادية. Abstract: The aim of this research is to shed light on the role of the university in promoting the entrepreneurial spirit of the university student (human capital), by promoting the concept of entrepreneurial culture. As well as activating the idea of opening disciplines on the project of entrepreneurship or teaching as a material or directing university research towards investment projects, where the human capital in our time is the real wealth of economic development as a basis for creativity and innovation. In order to achieve the objective of this research, we addressed the issue by clarifying the university's relationship with economic development, as well as the university's role in promoting the culture of establishing construction projects, activating the university's training and scientific programs, and providing the students with the skills and competencies to build their professional future by socio-economic reading. | |
