Abstract
تتناول هذه الدراسة النظام القانوني للتقاضي الإلكتروني وتطبيقاته في القضاء الجزائري، من خلال توضيح مفهومه والإطار التشريعي له في الجزائر، ومدى فاعليته في النظام القضائي الجزائري، بالإضافة إلى الصعوبات التي تعترضه. تطبيقه. حيث تبين أن التقاضي الإلكتروني يتمتع بالعديد من المزايا أبرزها اختصار الوقت والجهد، إلا أنه يصطدم بعدة عوائق تحد من فاعليته ونجاحه في الجزائر.
this study deals with the legal system of electronic litigation and its applications in the Algerian judiciary, by clarifying its concept and the legislative framework for it in Algeria, and the extent of its effectiveness in the Algerian judicial system, in addition to the difficulties encountered in its application. Where was it found that electronic litigation has many advantages, most notably shortening time and effort, but it collides with several obstacles that limit its effectiveness and success in Algeria.
