| dc.description.abstract | التنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة هي انعكاس لكل المشاريع والبرامج وخطط التنمية الوطنية الشاملة، ولن يكون لهذا الموضوع على الرغم من أهميته بين مواضيع التنمية في الفكر الاقتصادي والدراسات الاجتماعية والسياسات المنتهجة أي أهمية ما لم ينتقل من مجرد نصوص ومأمول للواقع العملي، وهو ما يتطلب وضع إستراتيجية متكاملة لتجسيد التنمية المستدامة مع إيجاد الأدوات الكفيلة بتحقيقها، والتي تعتبر عقود البوت أداة لها متى اتصلت بدراسة جدوى اقتصادية فعالة. Sustainable economic development reflects all projects, programs and national development plans. Despite the importance of this subject among social studies and economic research, it will not have any real impact unless it is put into practice. The implementation of these projects requires the development of an integrated strategy to embody sustainable development and allowing adequate resources. Among these resources and tools are BOT contracts that, when combined with an effective economic feasibility study, present a practical and implementable toolkit that tailors strategies to economic development. | |
