Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر التحول الطاقوي على استهلاك الوقود الأحفوري في ألمانيا خلال الفترة 1990-2021 ولهذا الغرض، تم استخدام نموذج شعاع الانحدار الذاتي(3)VARوقد خلصت الدراسة إلى تأكيد وجود أثر عكسي ذو دلالة إحصائية في المدى القصير بين متغيرات الدراسة (التحول الطاقوي واستهلاك الوقود الأحفوري). فكلما زادت وتيرة التحول الطاقوي قل استهلاك الوقود الأحفوري في ألمانيا. وبذلك أوصت الدراسة بضرورة التوجه نحو الطاقات المتجددة والتخلص من التبعية الطاقوية، على غرار ما أثبتته الأزمة الروسية الأوكرانية الأخيرة وتداعياتها على دول الاتحاد الأوربي وخاصة ألمانيا. This study aimed to measure the impact of the energy transition on the consumption of fossil fuels in Germany during the period 1990-2021.To this purpose, the Vector Autoregressive Model VAR (3) was used. The study concluded that there is an opposite and significant effect in the short term between the variables of the study(energy transition and fossil fuel consumption) That is, the greater the energy transition, the lower the consumption of fossil fuels in Germany. Thus the study recommended the need to move towards renewable energies and get rid of energy dependence, as demonstrated by the recent Russian-Ukrainian crisis and its repercussions on the countries of the European Union, especially Germany...
