| dc.description.abstract | الملخص هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تأثير التحضر في تغير الانماط الإستهلاكية لساكنة المدينة ، وهذا من خلال التركيز على التغيرات التي مست السلوك الاستهلاكي للأفراد ، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي مدعوم بالجانب الميداني الذي تم تنفيذه في مدينة خنشلة واخذنا مطعم speedyFood كنموذج وقد استخدمنا الملاحظة والاستبيان والمقابلة لجمع المعطيات وقد تبين أن من أبرز مظاهر التحول الاستهلاكي: الإقبال على الوجبات الجاهزة، زيادة الطلب على المنتجات الصناعية، وتراجع الاعتماد على المنتوج المحلي. وقد اعتمدنا في للمعالجة الاحصائية البرنامج الإحصائي (spss ) في تخليل الجداول وقد توصلنا من خلال الدراسة إلى -التحضر ادى الى تغير كبير في العادات الغذائية الأفراد من خلال الاعتماد على الوجبات السريعة -دور الاعلانات والعروض التسويقية في تشكيل وتوسيع الانماط الإستهلاكية -انماط الاستهلاك الغذائية المتنوعة تؤثر على صحة الفرد في الوسط الحضري Summary Summary The study aimed to explore the impact of urbanization on the changing consumption patterns of city residents, focusing on the shifts in individual consumer behavior. It employed a descriptive approach supported by fieldwork conducted in the city of Khenchela, with SpeedyFood restaurant take as a case study. Data was collected using observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The findings revealed key aspects of consumption transformation, including the growing tendency toward ready-made meals, increased demand for industrial products, and a decline in reliance on local goods. The statistical analysis was conducted using the SPSS program. The study concluded the following. : Urbanization has led to significant changes in individuals' dietary habits, notably through a growing reliance on fast food. Advertising and promotional offers play a major role in shaping and expanding consumption patterns. Diverse dietary consumption patterns in urban environments have a noticeable impact on individual health. | |
