| dc.description.abstract | إن موضوع الإجهاض خلق الكثير من المشاكل القانونية و الإجتماعية على الساحة الوطنية و الدولية فهذا الموضوع الخطير يمس بالأخلاق ولم يعد يقتصر أمره على علماء الطب وإنما نازعهم في هذا الاختصاص علماء الاجتماع و الاقتصاد و غيرهم كل حسب اختصاصه. لقد تمكن الطب الحديث و خاصة علم الأجنة من إمكانية تصوير الجنين داخل الرحم عن طريق الأجهزة الطبية الحديثة ، و تمكن من توقع هل سيولد الجنين مشوها أو مصابا بمرض خطير ، و قد ارتفعت الأصوات المطالبة بإباحة الإجهاض في حالة ما تبين احتمال في إصابة الجنين بالتشوه بعد ارتفاع نسبة الأطفال المصابين بتشوهات مختلفة. و هو ما نحاول تسليط الضوء عليه في هذه الورقة البحثية The issue of abortion has created many legal and social problems on the national and international arena.
