| dc.description.abstract | ونهدف من خلال دراستنا لهذا الموضوع إلى تحديد الضوابط. التي توجه المسار المهني للموظف العام، كون أغلبية أفراد المجتمع لا يعرفون هذا النظام وطريقة الالتحاق به، لأنه يعتبر الوسيلة الوحيدة للشباب للحصول على مهنة دائمة، لذلك قمنا بتحديد المسار المهني للموظف العام، من خلال تمييزه عن باقي العاملين والعلاقة بينه وبين الوظيفة العامة، والعلاقة التي تربطه بالإدارة (الإدارة)، ثم الشروط الموضوعية والإجرائية للالتحاق بالوظيفة العامة. الوظيفة، ثم التسمية التي تمنحه صفة الموظف وتجعله محاطا بحماية الدولة، وتعترف له بحقوق وواجبات متميزة، وتلزمه بأداء الواجبات والمناصب القانونية (الأوضاع) وحركة التنقل السنوية للموظفين، والتأديبية يضمن له أن يسن له القانون إلى نهاية حياته المهنية.We aim through our study of this topic to define the regulations. that guide the professional path of a public employee, the fact that the majority of the members of society don't know this system and the way to join it, because it is considered the only way for young people to obtain a permanent profession, so we defined the professional path of the public employee, by distinguishing it from the rest workers and the relationship between him and the public job, and the relationship that links him to management (the administration), then the objective and procedural conditions to join the public job, then the designation that gives him the status of employee and makes him surrounded by state protection, and recognizes distinct rights and duties, and obliges him to perform duties and legal positions (situations) and the annual mobility movement of the employees, and disciplinary guarantees that he enacted for him The law to the end of his caree. | |
