Abstract
الملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز آثار الشركات متعددة الجنسيات على الدول المتحولة صناعيا في ظل تدويل عملياتها الإنتاجية، مع التركيز على التداعيات الإيجابية، خاصة ما تعلق بنقل و توطين التكنولوجيا لدى الدول المضيفة و تضييق الفجوة التكنولوجية بين دول المركز و الدول النامية. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن التقسيم العمودي الذي تتبناه الشركات متعددة الجنسيات لنشاطها الإنتاجي على المستوى الدولي ساهم بشكل حاسم في نقل، توطين و إنتاج التكنولوجيا في الصين التي كان محور هذه الدراسة، و قد تجلى ذلك واضحا في مجال أنشطة البحث و التطوير و تحوّل نسيجها الصناعي و تطّور تركيبة صادراتها من منتجات منخفضة التكنولوجيا إلى منتجات فائقة التكنولوجيا. الكلمات المفتاحية: الشركات متعددة الجنسيات – نقل التكنولوجيا – تدويل الأعمال – التكنولوجيا الفائقة. تصنيف GEL : O1 - O3 - F2 . Abstract : The objective of this study is to highlight the effects of multinational enterprises on developing countries in the light of the internationalization of their production processes, focusing on the positive impacts, in particular on the transfer and localization of technology in host countries and on reducing the technological gap between the Centre and developing countries. The study concluded that the vertical division adopted by multinational Firmes was a decisive factor in the transfer and localization of technology in China, which is reflected in the high-tech ratio in Chinese industry and in the composition of its exports.
