| dc.description.abstract | تتضمن هذه الوثيقة تأسيساً نظريا تدريجياً لمشروع المؤسسة الصحية ، كونة مصطلحاً و آلية حديثة للتسيير الإستشفائي بالجزائر . تتطرق إلى التأسيس التشريعي ، و محتوى مشروع المؤسسة الصحية بالجزائر ، تبعاً للخصوصيات الواجب إحترامها و العمل وفقها . حيث تدرس فكرة إعتماد مشروع المؤسسة الصحية بالجزائر كآلية موحدة للتسيير و أهم أركانه و دواعي تطبيقه تبعاً للتواجهات العامة و السياسة الصحية بالجزائر و المحاور الأساسية التي تميزه . وكذا منهجيته و أدوات تطبيقه . مرفقة بالقوانين و التشريعات التي تكفل تنفيذه . This document includes a foundation theoretical, progressive of the health establishment project, being it a term and a modern mechanism for hospital management in Algeria. It deals with the legislative foundation and the content, according to the specifics that must be respected and acted upon. Where it studies the idea of adopting the health establishment project in Algeria as a unified mechanism for management and its most important pillars and reasons for its application according to the general confrontations and health policy in Algeria and the main axes that distinguish it.
