dc.description.abstractالملخص : هدفت الدراسة الحالية اضطراب كرب ما بعد الصدمة لدى المراهقين المتعرضين للاعتداء الجنسي إلى التعرف على أبعاد اضطراب ، كرب ما بعد الصدمة ، لدى المراهقين المتعرضين للاعتداء الجنسي ولقدطرحا الباحثان السؤال التالي : هل يعاني المراهقون المتعرضون للاعتداء الجنسي من اضطراب كرب ما بعد الصدمة ومن أجل الإجابة عن السؤال اقترحا الباحثان الفرضيات المتمثلة في يعاني المراهقون المتعرضون للإعتداء الجنسي من اضطراب كرب ما بعد الصدمة* يعاني المراهقون المتعرضون للاعتداء الجنسي من تجنب الخبرة الصدمية * يعاني المراهقونالمتعرضون للاعتداء الجنسي من الاستثارة للأحداث الصادمة * ومن أجل التحقق منها استخدم الباحثان منهج دراسة حالة على حالتان تتراوح أعمارهما من (17ــ19) سنة ، ومع أدواته الملاحظة ،المقابلة النصف الموجهة ، تحليل المحتوى ومقياس دافيسون ، حيث أسفرت نتائج التي حققت فرضيات الدراسة إلى : يعاني المراهقون المتعرضون للاعتداء الجنسي من اضطراب كرب ما بعد الصدمة* يعاني المراهقون المتعرضون للاعتداء الجنسي من تجنب الخبرة الصدمية* يعاني المراهقون المتعرضون للاعتداء الجنسي من الاستثارة للأحداث الصادمة* Abstract : The current study, "Post-traumatic Stress Disorder in Adolescents Exposed to Sexual Assault," aimed to identify the dimensions of post-traumatic stress disorder among adolescents exposed to sexual assault. The researchers posed the following question: Do adolescents exposed to sexual assault suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder? ;To answer this question, the researchers proposed the following hypotheses: - Adolescents exposed to sexual assault suffer from arousal to traumatic events. - Adolescents exposed to sexual assault suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder. - Adolescents exposed to sexual assault suffer from avoidance of traumatic experiences. To verify the hypotheses, the researchers used a case study approach on two cases ranging in age from 17 to 19 years. The study tools included observation, semi-structured interviews, content analysis, and the Davison scale (1998). The results, which met the study hypotheses, resulted in: - Adolescents exposed to sexual assault suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder. - Adolescents who are sexually abused suffer from avoidance of traumatic experiences. - Adolescents who are sexually abused suffer from arousal to traumati events.
