Abstract
ملخص
ضمير الغائب الشاهد الأخير على اغتيال مدن البحر ، رواية جزائرية ، سلطت الضوء على قضية إنسانية تتعلق بغياب الحق وتغييب من يطالب به . ولسبر أغوار هذه الرواية طبقت عليها نظرية الحالات وهي نظرية دلالية ينصب عمل قواعدها على الكلمة النواة (الفعل) ، فوجدت أن المنفذ الحقيقي للأفعال هو " القاضي" الذي هو صنع المشفى التجميلي الذي يديره الأمريكان والشركات متعددة الجنسيات ، أما الكيفية فبالتبعية والارتباط الأبدي بالأجنبي، وأما المجرب أي المتأثر بالأحداث ] فهو الحسين وأشباهه ممن يريدون كشف مستور لا يناسب القاضي الإفصاح عنه. فنظرية الحالات تساعد في تحديد الأدوار الدلالية داخل النصوص السردية ، كما تمكن قواعد العربية من فك اللبس بين مصطلحي الفاعل النحوي والفاعل المنطقي ، فالنظرية تميز في التركيب العميق بين : منفذ ومجرب ومستفيد وأداة التي تقابل جميعا مصطلح الفاعل
كما يمكن الاستفادة من نظرية الحالات في تفسير الكلام العربي والعلاقات الدلالية التي تربط الكلمات بعضها ببعض ، وتحل كثير من الإشكالات المتعلقة بطبيعة بعض الأفعال نحو الأفعال المبينة للمعلوم ظاهرا والمبنية للمجهول باطنا والاسم المرفوع بعدها ايعرب فاعلا أو نائب فاعل ؟ ثم إن النظرية تعطي للجملة العربية ملمحا جديدا عند دراستها من حيث القواعد المركبية التي تسمح بوصف مكوناتها بطريقة هرمية، فيكشف بذلك عن جميع المستويات اللغوية بدءً من الصوتية إلى الصرفية ثم التركيبية والدلالية، كما تبين القواعد والقوانين المتحكمة في كل مستو، فهناك القواعد الصوتية الصرفية وهناك قوانين الاختيار والتحويل كل هذا يجعل اللغة العربية تفيد عند تطبيق قواعد نظرية الحالات على قواعدها، لكن
يجب التنبه إلى ما يخدمها وليس ما يمحو خصائصها لأن لكل لغة ميزاتها وعبقريتها .
Abstract

The case theory will help determine semantic roles within the narrative texts, was also able to decipher the rules of the Arab confusion between the subject and agent makes sense, in theory distinguishes between deep structure: agentive, experience, benefactive and Instrumental that correspond to all of the term subject.
It can also make use of the case theory interpreting speak Arab and semantic relations linking the words together, and solve many of the problems related
to the nature of some verbs for example: the verb in the active voice in surface structure but it is a passive voice in deep structure, and the noun before it ; is a subject or object
Moreover, the theory gives the Arab sentence new aspect, when studied in Base rules that allows description components in a pyramid manner, and reveal all linguistic levels; start with the sound, morphology, Syntax and semantic, it turns out the rules and laws governing each level, there are phonological rules morphological rules, and there Rules of selection and translation
All this makes the Arabic language stating when applying the rules of the case theory on the bases, but care must be taken to be served and what not erase characteristics because each language features and genius.
