| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور التخطيط الإستراتيجي في ضمان جودة التعليم في مؤسسات التعليم العالي بالدول العربية من خلال الإجابة على الإشكالية الرئيسية التالية: كيف يساهم التخطيط الاستراتيجي في تحسين جودة التعليم في مؤسسات التعليم العالي بالدول العربية؟ وتوصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها أنّ التخطيط الاستراتيجي يساهم في تحسـين جودة التعليم فـي مؤسسات التعليم العالي من خلال دوره في إقامة رؤية مستقبلية وتشاركية داخل مؤسسات التعليم العالي، زيادة الانتماء لرسالة المؤسسة زيادة الدعم الداخلي والخارجي وتحسين المظهر العام لمؤسسات التعليم العالي وقياس ذلك. The aim of this study to highlight the role of the strategic planning in ensuring the quality of education in institutions of higher education and the Arab countries through the answer to the problem: how to contribute to the strategic planning in improving the quality of education in institutions of higher education and the Arab countries? The study concluded, inter alia, to the results of the most important of which is that the strategic planning and contribute to improving the quality of education in the institutions of higher education through its role in establishing the vision of the future and participatory within the institutions of higher education, to increase the membership of the message of the institution to increase support for the internal and external levels and improve the general appearance of the higher education institutions and measurement | |
