| dc.description.abstract | يعد حق التظاهر السلمي من الحقوق والحريات المهمة ، وهو عبارة عن وسيلة للتعبير عن الرأي والمطالبة بمطالب يراها المتظاهرون شرعية ، غير أن هذا الحق دستره الدستور واعترف به القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان ، لكن في مقابل ذلك قيده بقيود وضوابط ، زيادة على أن التكنولوجيا كان لها نصيب في التأثير على هذا الحق ، وإعطائه نظرة قانونية أخرى ، سواء من حيث عناصر التظاهر السلمي ، أو الطريقة التي يتم بها ، ومن خلال هذه الورقة البحثية سيتم التعرض للبعض من هذه النقاط The right to peaceful protest is one of the important rights and freedoms, and it is a means of expressing opinion and making demands that the protestors see as legitimate. However, this right was documented in the constitution and recognized by international-human-rights law, but in return it restricted it with restrictions and controls, in addition to the fact that technology had a share in influencing this right, and giving it another legal look, both in terms of the elements of peaceful demonstration, or the way in which it is carried out. Through this research paper, some of these points will be exposed. | |
