| dc.description.abstract | تعتبر الجريمة الاقتصادية من أخطر الجرائم وأكثرها انتشاراً على الإطلاق. ويعتبر من أهم التحديات التي تواجه المجتمع والدول اليوم بسبب آثاره المدمرة. ويمكن أيضًا تعريفه على أنه أي فعل. أو الإهمال المنصوص عليه في قانون العقوبات أو في القوانين المكملة للحياة الاجتماعية والتي تنظمها، إلا أنها تعتبر كغيرها من الجرائم من حيث أنها يجب أن تشتمل على مجموعة من الأركان، وهي الركن المادي بعناصره الثلاثة (النشاط، النتيجة). والعلاقة السببية بينهما)، فضلا عن الركن القانوني والركن المعنوي. أيضا. وفيما يتعلق بأشكال الجرائم الاقتصادية، فقد ركز هذا العمل على أهم أنواعها، مثل جرائم الفساد المالي مثل غسل الأموال والتهرب الضريبي والاحتيال، وجرائم الفساد الإداري مثل الرشوة والاختلاس والجرائم المؤثرة على البيئة. مما استدعى التعاون والتضامن الوطني والدولي لمكافحة هذا النوع من الجرائم بأساليب وآليات تهدف إلى تحقيق هدف واحد وهو ردع الجريمة الاقتصادية والسعي للحد منها والقضاء عليها.summary : Economic crime is considered one of the most dangerous and widespread crimes of all. It is considered one of the most important challenges facing society and countries today due to its devastating effects. It can also be defined as any act. or omission stipulated in the Penal Code or in the laws that complement and regulate social life. However, it is considered like the other crimes in that it must include a set of elements, which are the material element with its three elements (activity, result and causal relationship between them), as well as the legal element and the moral element. Also. Regarding the forms of economic crime, this work has focused on the most important types, such as financial corruption crimes such as money laundering, tax evasion and fraud, and crimes of administrative corruption such as bribery, embezzlement and crimes affecting the environment. This has necessitated national and international cooperation and solidarity to combat this type of crime using methods and mechanisms that aim to achieve a single objective, which is to deter economic crime and strive to reduce it and to eliminate it. | |
