| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى فعالية التمويل الإسلامي الأصغر في تنشيط الاستثمارات الصغرى في الوسط الريفي، وذلك من خلال إجراء دراسة تحليلية لواقع التمويل الإسلامي الأصغر في كل من السودان خلال الفترة 2000 – 2018 بصفة عامة وشركة الفال (ALFAL) للتمويل الأصغر بصفة خاصة، وقد تمحورت إشكالية الدراسة حول كيفية إسهام التمويل الإسلامي الأصغر في تنشيط الاستثمارات الصغرى في الوسط الريفي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التمويل الأصغر الإسلامي يسهم بشكل فعال في تنشيط وبعث الاستثمارات الصغرى خاصة في الوسط الريفي الذي يتميز عادة بقلة الإمكانيات، وهذا ما أثبتته شركة الفال (ALFAL) للتمويل الأصغر والتي ساهمت بشكل كبير في تنشيط الاستثمارات الصغرى ذات الطابع الزراعي في الوسط الريفي وذلك من خلال تقديم تمويلات بالجملة إلى الجمعيات الزراعية التي تضم صغار المزارعين. كلمات مفتاحية: تمويل أصغر، تمويل إسلامي أصغر، استثمارات صغرى، وسط ريفي. تصنيفات JEL : O16؛ D2؛ R1؛ .G13 Abstract This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of Islamic microfinance in stimulating micro-investments in rural areas, through an analytical study of the reality of microfinance in both Sudan during the period 2000-2018 in general and AlFAl for microfinance in particular. The problem of the study centered on how microfinance contributed to the stimulation of micro-investments in rural areas The study concluded that Islamic microfinance contributes effectively to the revitalization and revival of micro-investments, especially in rura ar which are usually characterized by low potential.
