| dc.description.abstract | في ظل انتشار النزاعات المسلحة، وتزايد ظاهرة انتهاك الحقوق الفردية والجماعية. والتي نتج عنها تشرد الملايين من البشر، اهتم القانون الدولي بالدفاع عن حقوق اللاجئين، وتوفير الحماية القانونية التي نص عليها القانون الدولي. من خلال إلزام أطراف النزاع باحترام حقوق الإنسان أثناء النزاعات، وبفضل اهتمام هيئة الأمم المتحدة بقضية اللاجئين ، قامت بوضع تعريف للاجئ، بغرض توضيح الشروط الواجب توافرها في الشخص. لكي يكتسب صفة اللاجئ، والتمييز بينه وبين الفئات المشابهة له. كما حددت اتفاقية 1951، وبروتوكول 1967حقوق اللاجئين، والحماية المقررة لهم. الكلمات المفتاحية: اللاجئ؛ القانون الدولي؛ الاتفاقيات الدولية؛ المواثيق الإقليمية؛ الحماية القانونية.
