This study investigated the attitudes of teachers and students towards English as a Medium of Instruction (EMI) in Algerian higher education, with a particular focus on the Department of Laws and Political Sciences at the University of Khenchela. The research employed a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative interviews with faculty members and a questionnaire administered to students. The study explored the factors influencing attitudes toward EMI, including language proficiency, pedagogical approaches, and institutional support.
