| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على إحدى القضايا المعاصرة، التي أصبحت محل اهتمام الكثير من الباحثين في الشأن التركي، من خلال ابراز دور البعد العسكري التركي في تحقيق النفوذ الجيوسياسي، وفق توجهات الاستراتيجية الجديدة للسنوات العشرة الأخيرة، مع توضيح العديد من العوامل والدوافع لتبني مبادئ وسياسات ذات نهج جديد افرزتها التغيرات الاقليمية، سمحت بانخراط تركيا في مناطق تشترك معها في الموروث الثقافي والبعد الهوياتي والمصالح الاقتصادية، وفق مرتكزات مقاربة العثمانية الجديدة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هذا التحول حقق لتركيا نفوذا جيوسياسيا في مناطق عمقها الاستراتيجي، ومنافسة القوى التقليدية والصاعدة من الغرب والشرق معا بعد انتهاج سياسة القوة، وبذلك أصبحت تركيا تفرض نفسها كطرف مهم في تحديد ورسم السياسات الإقليمية والدولية. This study aims to shed light on one of the contemporary issues, which has become of interest to many researchers in Turkish affairs, by highlighting the role of the Turkish military dimension in achieving geopolitical influence, according to the new strategic directions for the last ten years, while clarifying many factors and motives for adopting the principles of And policies with a new approach produced by regional changes, which allowed Turkey to engage in areas with which it shares the cultural the neo-Ottoman approach. In conclusion, this transformation achieved geopolitical authoritarianism for Turkey in the areas of its strategic depth, and the competition of traditional and emerging powers from the West and East together after adopting the policy of power, and thus Turkey became an important party in determining and drawing regional and international policies. | |
