| dc.description.abstract | نتناول في هذا المقال موضوع المعرفة الفنية لما لها من أهمية اقتصادية و قانونية في الحياة العملية ، بحيث تحتل المعرفة الفنية مكانا هاما و بارزا بين موضوعات الملكية الصناعية ،و ذلك لما تثيره من مسائل شائكة و معقدة سواء على know-how الصعيد الوطني في الدول الصناعية الكبرى ، أو على الصعيد الدولي بمناسبة نقلها من تلك الدول إلى الدول النامية . وهذا ما جعلنا نبحث في الأساس و السند القانوني لحماية المعرفة الفنية بواسطة حق المؤلف والحقوق المجاورة، لعدم توفر قانون خاص لحمايتها In this article, we discuss the topic of technical knowledge because of its economic and legal importance in practical life, so that technical knowledge occupies an important and prominent place among industrial property topics, due to the thorny and complex issues it raises, both at the know-how level at the national level in industrialized countries. major, or at the international level on the occasion of its transfer from those countries to developing countries. This is what made us look into the basis and legal basis for protecting artistic knowledge through copyright and related rights, because there is no special law to protect it. | |
