Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل الدور الذي تؤديه الدبلوماسية الجزائرية في التعامل مع النزاعات الأفريقية، وذلك في ضوء المقاربة البنائية؛ حيث تسلط الدراسة الضوء على تأثير الهوية الوطنية الجزائرية -بقيمها المستمدة من ثورة التحرير- والتحالفات الإقليمية والدولية في تشكيل هذا الدور. وتنطلق الدراسة من فرضية مفادها أن السلوك الدبلوماسي الجزائري لا تحكمه الاعتبارات المادية والمصلحية فحسب، بل يتشكل أيضاً بفعل الهوية الوطنية وشبكة التحالفات التي عززت مكانة الجزائر داخل القارة الأفريقية. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لفحص الأسس النظرية للدبلوماسية والنزاعات الأفريقية والمقاربة البنائية، مع تحليل آليات الدبلوماسية الجزائرية استناداً إلى دراسة حالات محددة، لا سيما مالي وليبيا. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن الهوية الوطنية والتحالفات الإقليمية والدولية تُعد محددات رئيسية لتفسير الدور الدبلوماسي الجزائري في أفريقيا، وأن فعالية هذا الدور ترتبط بقدرة الجزائر على توظيف رصيدها التاريخي والدبلوماسي والتكيف مع التحولات الجيوسياسية والأمنية التي تشهدها القارة الأفريقية.This study aims to analyze the role of Algerian diplomacy in addressing African conflicts through the lens of the constructivist approach. It highlights the influence of Algerian national identity—with values rooted in the War of Liberation—and regional and international alliances in shaping this role. The study proceeds from the premise that Algerian diplomatic behavior is not governed solely by material considerations and self-interest; rather, it is also shaped by national identity and the network of alliances that have bolstered Algeria’s standing within the African continent. Employing a descriptive-analytical method, the study examines the theoretical foundations of diplomacy, African conflicts, and constructivism, while analyzing the mechanisms of Algerian diplomacy through specific case studies, notably Mali and Libya. The study concludes that national identity and regional and international alliances are key determinants in explaining Algeria’s diplomatic role in Africa, and that the effectiveness of this role depends on Algeria's ability to leverage its historical and diplomatic capital while adapting to the geopolitical and security shifts unfolding across the continent.
