| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع ممارسة المسؤولية الاجتماعية في البنوك التجارية ، من خلال التركيز على تحديد المفاهيم الأساسية المتعلقة بها إضافة لأهميتها بالنسبة لمنظمات الأعمال ، ومن أجل تحقيق هدف الدراسة تم عرض مختلف أنشطة وممارسات مجموعة سوسيتيه جنرال المصرفية في هذا المجال ، حيث تم تحليل بيانات التقرير السنوي للمجموعة لسنة 2018 ، وخلصت الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها إدراك مسيري مجموعة سوسيتيه جنرال المصرفية لأهمية التزام المجموعة بمسؤوليتها الاجتماعية اتجاه مختلف أصحاب المصالح ، وهذا بهدف تحقيق رضاهم والحفاظ على صورتها. The study aims to identify the reality of the practice of social responsibility in commercial banks, focusing on defining the basic concepts related to it in addition to its importance for commercial organizations, and in order to achieve the objective of the study, various activities and practices of the Society General banking group in this area were presented, where the data were analyzed, the group's annual report for the year 2018 and the study concluded that the management of the Bank Group General Society realizes the importance of the group's commitment to its social responsibility towards the various stakeholders, in order to satisfy them and maintain its image. | |
