| dc.description.abstract | ملخص هذا البحث الذي ركزعلى جانب مهم من جوانب القرار الإداري للإدارة، وهو موضوع سلطة الإدارة العامة في إنهاء قراراتها الإدارية، إذ ينتهي القرار الإداري بتدخل الإدارة، وتكون هي السلطة المختصة بإصدار قراراتها، إلا أن الإدارة كثيراً ما تخطئ نتيجة إصدار قرارات مشوبة بعيب، لذا منحها القانون سلطة أخرى، وهي استخدام آلية السحب الإداري والإلغاء الإداري، ويرتكز ذلك على محورين: الأول سلطة الإدارة في سحب القرار الإداري، والثاني سلطة الإدارة في إلغاء القرار الإداري.This research focused on an important aspect of the administrative decision of the administration, which is the subject of the authority of the public administration to terminate its administrative decisions, as the administrative decision ends with the intervention of the administration, and it is the competent authority to issue its decisions. However, the administration often makes mistakes as a result of issuing decisions tainted with a defect, so the law granted it another authority, which is to use the mechanism of administrative withdrawal and administrative cancellation, and this is based on two axes: the first is the authority of the administration to withdraw the administrative decision, and the second is the authority of the administration to cancel the administrative decision. | |
