Abstract
تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تناول عملية التحول الديمقراطي في جنوب أفريقيا في مضامينها المفاهيمية مع محاولة توضيح الأسباب والدوافع المختلفة من البيئات الداخلية والخارجية المساهمة والدافعة لعملية التحول الديمقراطي، فضلا عن معالجة التحديات المختلفة التي واجهتها. تفعيلها على أرض الواقع، نظرا لأن جنوب أفريقيا شهدت أحداثا تاريخية كبرى ولعل أهمها ما يهمنا في هذه الدراسة هو سياسة التمييز العنصري، والتي تعتبر نقطة الانطلاق الرسمية للبدء في تجسيد ملامح ومبادئ النظام الديمقراطي . وعليه تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على عملية التحول الديمقراطي في جنوب أفريقيا، وتوضيح مختلف التحديات والمخاطر، ومعالجة عدد من الحلول المقترحة لمواجهتها.
This study seeks to address the process of democratization in South Africa in its conceptual contents with an attempt to explain the various reasons and motives from the internal and external environments contributing and driving the process of democratic transformation, as well as addressing the various challenges that faced its activation on the ground, given that South Africa witnessed major historical events and perhaps the most important of which concerns us in This study is the policy of racial discrimination, which is the official starting point to begin embodying the features and principles of the democratic system. Accordingly, the study aims to shed light on the process of democratic transition in South Africa, clarifying the various challenges and stakes, and addressing a number of proposed solutions to confront them
