Abstract
تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى تحليل واقع وآفاق التنافس الاقتصادي الأمريكي الصيني في شمال افريقيا وعلاقته بالحرب التجارية بين البلدين، اعتمادا على المنهج الاستنباطي تم التوصل الى أن العلاقات بين الصين ودول شمال إفريقيا تعكس نموذجا إيجابيا للعلاقات الدولية، أن تغني الصين بمبدأ المساواة والمنفعة المتبادلة وعدم التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية للدول لا يجب أن يكون أساسا للثقة في نوايها، بدل تشكيك حكومات الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في نوايا الصين الاستثمارية لا بد عليها من العمل على إيجاد استراتيجيات فعالة للانخراط في اقتصاديات دول شمال افريقيا بما يعود بالفائدة على جميع الفاعلين.
This current study aims to analyze the situation and the perspectives of
China-USA economic competitiveness in North Africa and its
relationship with the trade war between the two countries. Based on the
deductive approach, this study found that the relationships between
China and North African countries reflect a positive model of
international relations. China’s enrichment of the principle of equality,
mutual benefit and non-intervention in the internal affairs of countries
should not be the basis of confidence in the sincerity of Chinese
intentions. The USA government must not doubt the Chinese
investment intentions, but they instead is ought to try finding the most
effective strategies to engage the economies of North African countries
for all actors' benefit
