| dc.description.abstract | لم يعد قطاع العدالة بمنأى عن التطورات التكنولوجية والثورة المعلوماتية التي إجتاحت العديد من المجالات، فيما ظهرت الحاجة لزيادة فعالية وإنتاجية فلا يمكن تبسيط المعامالت والاجراءات من جهة أخرى، المحاكم من جهة، و نكران ما قطعته العديد من الدول في تبني نظام الإدارة الالكترونية في قطاع في هذا المجال العدالة بهدف عصرنته، فيما يظهر أن بعض الدول التزال ترى خطرا مما تحمله هذه التقنية الحديثة من عوائق وتحديات وحتى من متطلبات غالبا ما تكون غير متوافرة في بعض من الدول. The justice sector is no longer immune from technological developments and the information revolution that has invaded many areas, while the need has emerged to increase effectiveness and productivity. Transactions and procedures cannot be simplified on the other hand, the courts on the one hand, and denial of what many countries have taken in adopting the electronic management system in the sector in This field of justice aims to modernize it, while it appears that some countries still see a danger from the obstacles, challenges, and even requirements that this modern technology brings that are often not available in some countries. | |
