| dc.description.abstract | تبحث الدراسة آليات وإجراءات النظام القانوني الإفريقي لحماية حقوق الإنسان والشعوب، منذ إنشاء منظمة الوحدة الأفريقية-حاليا الاتحاد الإفريقي-والميثاق الإفريقي لحقوق الإنسان والشعوب الذي تضمن اللجنة والمحكمة الإفريقية لحقوق الإنسان والشعوب،إلى جانب إنشاء محكمة العدل الإفريقية. The study examines the mechanisms and procedures of the African legal system to protect human and peoples' rights, since the establishment of the Organization of African Unity - currently the African Union - and the African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights, which includes the Commission and the African Court on Human and Peoples' Rights, in addition to the establishment of the African Court of Justice. | |
