| dc.description.abstract | يتناول هذا العمل النظام التربوي في. الجزائر من جوانبه المفاهيمية، التاريخية، والتشريعية في البداية، ثم تعريف النظام التربوي وبيان أهدافه المتمثلة في ترسيخ الهوية الوطنية، وضمان تعليمشامل ومجاني، كما تم عرض هيكلته التي تشمل مختلف المستويات التعليمية ومكوناته الأساسية. تاريخية، عرف النظام التربوي مراحل متعددة، من الحقبة الإستعمارية التي شهدت تهميشا متعمدا للجزائريين الى مرحلة مابعد الإستقلال التي عرفت إصلاحات جوهرية شملت العريب، المجانية، وتحديث المناهج أما من الجانب القانوني فقد تم التركيز على الإطار التشريعي المنظم للقطاع لاسيما القانون التوجيهي 04/08 ودور الهيئات المكلفة بتنفيذ السياسة التربوية، إضافة إلى المبادئ التي يقوم عليها التعليم في الجزائر الى الإجبارية المجانية وتكافئ الفرصThis work examines the educational system in Algeria from its conceptual, historical, and legislative aspects, first. It then defines the educational system and outlines its objectives, which include consolidating national identity and ensuring comprehensive and free education. Its structure, encompassing various educational levels and its basic components, is also presented. Historically, the educational system has gone through several phases, from the colonial era, which witnessed the deliberate marginalization of Algerians, to the post-independence period, which saw fundamental reforms including Arabization, free education, and curriculum modernization. From the legal perspective, the focus is on the legislative framework regulating the sector, particularly Guiding Law 04/08, and the role of the bodies responsible for implementing educational policy. It also examines the principles upon which education in Algeria is based, including compulsory, free education, and equal opportunity. | |
