| dc.description.abstract | يتمحور موضوع دراستنا حول الحماية الجنائية الإجرائية لضحايا العنف الأسري، حيث تعتبر جرائم العنف الأسري من الجرائم الأكثر انتشارا والتي تمس بنية المجتمع، وباعتبار الأسرة اللبنة الأساسية لبنائه، فقد أحاطها المشرع الجزائري بحماية قانونية تضمن استقرارها وتمسكها. ومن خلال موضوع دراستنا فقد حاولنا تصليط الضوء عن جرائم العنف الأسري والتطرق إلى عناصر كل جريمة والآليات المتبعة لمكافحة هذه الجرائم في التشريع الجزائري من تدابير وقائية وآليات جزائية للحد منها The subject of our study revolves around the procedural Criminal protection of victims of domestic violence, where the crimes of domestic violence are considered one of the most widespread crimes that affect the structure of society, and considering the family as the basic building block, the Algerian Legislature has surrounded it with legal protection that ensures its stability and adherence. Through the subject of our study, we have tried to shed light on the crimes of domestic violence and touch on the elements of each crime and the mechanisms used to combat these crimes in the Algerian legislation of preventive measures and penal mechanisms to reduce them | |
