Abstract
تتناول هذه الدراسة "المشاركة السياسية للمرأة بين القوانين الانتخابية والمرجعيات الدينية: حالة الجزائر" وسبل تفعيل هذه المشاركة في نشر الديمقراطية، والتي بدورها تؤدي إلى التنمية المستدامة، حيث كافحت المرأة لفترة طويلة لفرض نفسها و تحقيق المساواة بينهم وبين الجنس الآخر، ولأهدافه وإثبات وجوده. وكانت تجربة المرأة الجزائرية في المجال السياسي أفضل التجارب، خاصة على الساحة العالمية، حيث تميزت بتنوع نضالها واستمراريتها منذ الاستعمار. ومن خلال هذه الدراسة اتضحت جهود الدولة في سن القوانين والدساتير التي تضمن حق المرأة في المشاركة السياسية ومساواتها بالرجل في الحقوق، إلا أنها تظل متواضعة مقارنة بالواقع، خاصة في ظل التحديات التي تواجهها المرأة نحو الأفضل. التمكين السياسي، ولذلك من أجل تحقيق نجاح المرأة لا بد من وضوح الرؤى السياسية التي تؤمن حقاً بأهمية إشراك المرأة في الحياة السياسية
وتفعيل دورهم ووصولهم إلى مواقع صنع القرار. وأخيرا، خلصت الدراسة إلى آفاق التمكين السياسي للمرأة الجزائرية من خلال سبل تفعيل مشاركتها، والتحديات المستقبلية التي تواجهها لتحقيق المشاركة السياسية الفعالة.
This study deals with "Women's political participation between electoral laws and religious references: the case of Algeria" and ways to activate this participation in spreading democracy, which in turn leads to sustainable development, where women have struggled for a long time to impose themselves andachieve equality between them and the opposite sex, and for achieving its goals and proving its existence. The experience of Algerian women in the political field was the best experience, especially on the global scene, as it was characterized by the diversity of its struggle and its continuity since colonialism. Through this study, it became clear the state’s efforts to enact laws and constitutions that guarantee the right of women to political participation and their equal rights with men, but they remain modest compared to reality, especially in light of the challenges that women face for better political empowerment, and therefore in order to achieve women’s success it is necessary to Clear political visions that truly believe in the importance of involving women in political life
and activating their role and access to decision-making positions. Finally, the study concluded the prospects for political empowerment of Algerian women through ways to activate their participation, and the future challenges they face to achieve effective political participation.
