| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد طبيعة الدور الذي يمكن أن يضطلع به المجتمع المدني في إعادة بناء الدولة العربية، والتي شابها خلل في التأسيس أدى إلى بروز مجموعة من الإشكاليات على المستويات السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية أدت إلى ظهور العديد من الاضطرابات في السياق العربي، وتخلص هذه الدراسة أن المجتمع المدني من الممكن أن يشكل طرفا في العقد الاجتماعي خاصة إذا ما تمكنت من استيعاب البنى المجتمعية التقليدية و هذا لتجاوز علاقات السيطرة التي شابت العلاقة بين الحاكم و المحكوم في العالم العربي. This study aims to shed the light on the role that civil society in the (re)construction of the Arab state, which has suffered from many problems since its establishment at the political, economic and social levels. Consequently, the Arab region has witnessed several social movement that has turned in many cases to political movements. This study concludes that the civil society can be a party to the social contract, especially if it can absorb the traditional community structures and this to overcome the hegemonic relationship between the ruler and ruled in the Arab world. | |
