| dc.description.abstract | أعادت العديد من الأحداث الأخيرة العدالة إلى قلب المناقشات ، لا سيما فيما يتعلق بالتحولات اللازمة لإمكانية الوصول إليها، حيث يبدو أن حل تحولها الرقمي قد تم اعتباره أمرًا مفروغًا منه على الرغم من عدم تحديد معالمه بوضوح بعد، و نسعى من خلال بحثنا الى ابراز الدور الذي تلعبه رقمنة قطاع العادلة في تسهيل التقاضي والوصول الى القطاع بسهولة ومرونة وفعالية، مع الحفاظ على مبدأ سير مرفق العدالة بانتظام واطراد. وخلصنا الى مجموعة نتائج اهمها: يجب تعزيز المهارات الرقمية في قطاع العدالة ، لتمكين القضاة والمدعين العامين والموظفين القضائيين وغيرهم من المتخصصين في مجال العدالة من استخدام الأدوات الرقمية للعدالة بطريقة فعالة مع احترام حقوق وحريات الساعين إلى العدالة. Several recent events have brought justice back to the heart of the discussions, particularly with regard to the transformations needed for accessibility, as the solution to its digital transformation appears to have been taken for granted although it has not yet been clearly defined, and through our research we seek to highlight the role that The digitization of the justice sector plays in facilitating litigation and access to the sector easily, flexibly and effectively, while maintaining the principle of regular and steady functioning of the justice facility. We concluded with a set of results, the most important of which is: Digital skills must be strengthened in the justice sector, to enable judges, prosecutors, judicial staff and other professionals in the field of justice to use digital tools for justice in an effective manner while respecting the rights and freedoms of those seeking justice | |
