| dc.description.abstract | الملخص : تعتبر التنمية اليوم محور كل جهد، وغاية كل خطة، ذلك أن سعيها ينصب على تطوير شامل للمجتمع بكل فعاليته وتكويناته حتى يستطيع إشباع مختلف الحاجات والخدمات الأساسية لأفراده وتحقيق الرفاهية لهم، لأنها غاياتها ووسيلتها الأولى، هذا يعني أن التنمية تستهدف تغييرا أساسيا في البناء الاجتماعي والحضري في أي مجتمع لما يضمه من تنظيمات مختلفة الأهداف وتعديلا في الأدوار والمراكز. لذلك أصبح الاهتمام بالتنمية خاصة الخدمات الحضرية من أكبر المجالات استقطابا لأجهزة التنمية خاصة ممثلي المجتمع المدني ومخططي السياسات العامة على اعتبار أن التنمية عملية شاملة تعني بكل جوانب الحياة المجتمعية خاصة الحضرية. Abstract : The development is today at the center of all efforts, and the destination of each plane, so it ensures overall development of the community in all its activities and components and meet basic needs and that its members live in prosperity, because they are the primary objectives of development, and its device. This means that development is a fundamental change in the social structure in any society to ensure that various organizations and aims, and amendment of roles and positions. So, development has become one of the largest areas of interest the community of development, especially the representatives of civil society and public policy planners, because development is a comprehensive process involving all aspects of social life and especially the urban community | |
