Abstract
The financial aspect of elections in general is of great importance, and this importance is increased during the electoral campaigns of the various presidential or legislative elections. Any imbalance in the use of money may prejudice the fairness and legitimacy of elections and even tend to direct a vote to a particular party. and thus the tientire political process is dependent on the owners of the funds, In order to mitigate the impact of money on the validity of the elections, Algeria's legislature had enacted laws to regulate the financing of elections from income and expenditure under constitutional provisions.يكتسي الجانب المالي في الإنتخابات عموما أهمية بالغة، وتزداد هذه الأهمية أثناء الحملات

تصبح العملية السياسية برمتها مرهونة من طرف أصحاب الأموال، ومن آجل التخفيف من
تأثير المال على صحة الانتخابات قام المشرع الج ا زئري بوضع قوانين من خلالها ضبط مسألة
تمويل الانتخابات من إي ا ردات ونفقات بنصوص دستورية.
