Abstract
مستخلص الدراسة :
تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن أشكال التوظيف النفسي للمراهق المدمن داخل النسق الأسري ,من خلال مقاربة عيادية تعتمد على فهم الديناميكيات النفسية والعلاقات الأسرية التي تحيط بالمراهق المدمن .
حيث قمنا بإجراء الدراسة على حالتين مراهقين مدمنين ذكور(2) عمرهما بين (17-19 ) سنة بالمركز الوسيط لعلاج الإدمان بولاية -خنشلة- و تم تطبيق المنهج العيادي باستعمال أدوات البحث المتمثلة في :المقابلة الحرة، المقابلة نصف الموجهة، الملاحظة العيادية، اختبار تفهم الموضوع TAT، تقنية الجينوغرام .
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المراهق المدمن لا يعد عنصرا منفصلا عن نسقه الاسري ,بل يلعب دورا نفسيا معقدا ,يتمثل في تشوه تمثلاته لذاته وللأخرين ,واعتماده على اليات دفاعية غير ناضجة مثل الانكار والاسقاط , يعاني من هشاشة في الانا وعجز وفشل في تنظيم انفعالاته او بناء انا قوية ومستقرة , هذا الخلل لا يظل حبيسا في المستوى الفردي, بل ينعكس بعمق على النسق الاسري ,حيث يؤدي الى اضطراب الأدوار داخل الاسرة ,وتزايد التوترات والصراعات ,وتفكك اليات التواصل بين افراد الاسرة.كما يسهم في تشكيل صورة مشوهة للأسرة في ذهن المراهق, مما يعمق شعوره بالاغتراب والانفصال العاطفي عنها. وبهذا يتجلى الإدمان كمؤشر على اختلال التوازن النفسي والعلاقات الاسرية ,في اطار دينامية متبادلة بين المراهق المدمن ونسقه الاسري.
: Abstract
The current study aims to reveal the forms of psychological exploitation of addicted adolescents within the family system through a clinical approach based on understanding the psychological dynamics and family relationships surrounding the adolescent.
We conducted the study on two cases of addicted male adolescents (2) between the ages of (17-19) years at the Intermediate Center for Addiction Treatment in Khenchela. The clinical approach was applied using research tools represented by the case study, the free interview, the semi-directed interview directed, clinical observation, the Thematic Apperception Test (TAT), and the genogram technique.
The results of the study showed that the addicted adolescent is not considered a separate element from his family system, but rather plays a complex psychological role that is sometimes employed unconsciously to stabilize certain balances within the family or to express repressed imbalances and conflicts. It was found that psychological exploitation takes multiple forms, it leads to role disorganization within the family ,increased tention and conflicts,and a breakdown in effective communication among family members. Furthermore ,it contributes to the formation of a distorted Image of the family in the adolescent s perception,reinforcing emotional detachment and alienation. Addiction ,therefore,emerges as an indicator of deeper psychological Imbalance and systemic family dysfunction within a dynamic interplay between the individual and their familial context
