Abstract
يُعد الفساد قضيةً راهنةً على المستويين الدولي والوطني، إذ يُشكل عائقًا رئيسيًا أمام التنمية في مختلف المجالات. ونظرًا لتجاوزه للحدود الوطنية، حرصت الدول على إرساء التعاون الدولي كجهدٍ جاد للحد من انتشار هذه الجرائم ومكافحتها. وقد ساهمت الآليات، القضائية (المتمثلة في الإنابة القضائية وتسليم المجرمين) والأمنية (وخاصة الإنتربول والأفريبول)، مساهمةً كبيرةً في مكافحة جرائم الفساد. كما سعت الآليات المؤسسية، الرسمية وغير الرسمية، إلى الحد من انتشار هذا النوع الخطير من الجرائم.Corruption is a pressing issue at both the international and national levels, constituting a major obstacle to development in various fields. Given its transcendence of national borders, countries have sought to establish international cooperation as a serious effort to limit and combat the spread of these crimes. Judicial mechanisms (represented by judicial delegation and extradition) and security mechanisms (especially INTERPOL and AFRIPOL) have made significant contributions to combating corruption crimes. Institutional mechanisms, both formal and informal, have also sought to limit the spread of this serious type of crime.
