Abstract
الملخص : من خلال هذه الدراسة يمكن الوقوف على التطو ا رت السياسية التي شهدتها تشاد خلال عام 1958 والتي تعتبر سنة الصراع بين التيار المنادي بالاستقلال التام والرافض للسياسة الفرنسية الممارسة في تشاد ، والتيار الذي يريد الإبقاء على الوجود الفرنسي في المنطقة ، كما سنشير الى الدور الذي سيلعبة قا ربيرييل ليسيت لتهدئة الأوضاع في تشاد ، وساحتها السياسية مقبله على انتخاب المجلس الاعلى ، إلا ان هذه الانتخابات عرفت تدخل الإدارة الفرنسية التي قامت بتزوير النتائج في مقاطعة الشاري باقرمي وأعيدت فيها الانتخابات في نفس العام 1958 ، وامام هذه الأوضاع قرر شارل ديغول تخصيص زيارة لتشاد بعد وصوله الى السلطة عام 1958 ، الا ان الأمور السياسية أدت الى انقسام الأح ا زب فيما بينها ، مهنا اح ا زب الشمال واحزاب الجنوب ليتم تقرير تنظيم استفتاء في 28 سبتمبر 1958 حول استقلال تشاد من عدمه .
Abstract : Through this study, we can dwell on the political developments that occurred in Chad during the year 1958 considered the year of the conflict between the current calling for perfect independence and refusing the French policy practiced in Chad. And the current wanting to maintain the French existence in the region. We will discuss the role that will play Gabriel Lissit to calm situations in Chad that will know the election of the higher council. Unfortunately, these elections have seen the intervention of the French administration through the recourse to fraud in the province Chari-Baguirmi which requires to redo the elections in the same year 1958.
