| dc.description.abstract | The life of Parliament ends legally and naturally with the end of the parliamentary term. It may also end prematurely, that is, before reaching the legal deadlines, and this is politically and technically justified. The constitutional founder organized the resolution mechanism in accordance with the 2020 Constitutional Amendment, as he enshrined it in previous national constitutions, and defined the constitutional system. There are two types of Algerian solution: the automatic solution, which occurs obligatorily with the availability of constitutional and legal reasons for it, and the presidential solution, which is exclusive authority in the hands of the President of the Republic. In all cases, the solution must aim to build constitutional institutions and achieve their balance and stability in a way that preserves the form of the followed constitutional system. Its components. تنتهي حياة البرلمان بشكل قانوني وطبيعي بانتهاء مدة العهدة البرلمانية ، كما قد ينتهي بشكل مبستر أي قبل بلوغ الآجال القانونية، و يكون ذلك مبر ا ر سياسيا و فنيا و قد نظم المؤسس الدستوري آلية الحل بموجب التعديل الدستوري 2020 كما كرسها في الدساتير الوطنية السابقة، وعرف النظام الدستوري الج ا زئري نوعين من الحل وهما الحل التلقائي الذي يحدث وجوبا بتوافر الأسباب الدستورية والقانونية له، و الحل الرئاسي والذي هو سلطة حصرية في يد رئيس الجمهورية، وفي جميع الأحوال لابد أن يهدف الحل الى بناء المؤسسات الدستورية وتحقيق توازنها واستق ا ررها على نحو يحفظ شكل النظام الدستوري المتبع و مقوماته. | |
