Abstract
الملخص : تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى استقصاء تأثير التعديلات العمرانية على مورفولوجية المدينة، من خلال دراسة ميدانية لمدينة خنشلة. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج وصفي تحليلي مدعوم بأداة الاستبيان لجمع المعطيات من السكان
حيث أظهرت النتائج أن المدينة تعرف تعديلات متسارعة شملت البنية التحتية، وواجهات المباني، وتوسعات فردية، مما أدى إلى تشكل قطاعات عمرانية جديدة تختلف في خصائصها الوظيفية والمادية عن النسيج التقليدي. كما أكدت النتائج أن ثقافة الساكن وتفضيلاته تؤدي دورًا مؤثرًا في هذه التحولات. وتمت مناقشة النتائج في ضوء نظرية القطاع لهويت، التي فسرت كيفية إعادة تشكيل الفضاءات الحضرية على أساس قطاعي، بفعل التدخلات الرسمية والفردية.
خلصت الدراسة إلى أن المشهد الحضري في مدينة خنشلة يشهد إعادة تشكّل غير متجانسة، تتطلب تدخلًا تخطيطيًا يوازن بين الحفاظ على الهوية المحلية ومتطلبات التطور العمراني
Abstract
This study aims to explore the impact of urban modifications on the morphological structure of the city, with a field investigation focused on the city of Khenchela. Using a descriptive-analytical approach supported by a questionnaire, the research gathered data from local residents.
The findings revealed that the city is experiencing rapid urban changes, including infrastructure expansion, façade alterations, and individual housing modifications, resulting in the emergence of new urban sectors that differ functionally and physically from the traditional urban fabric. The results also highlighted the significant influence of residents’ culture and preferences in shaping the urban landscape. The discussion was framed within the Sector Model by Homer Hoyt, which explains how urban spaces are reorganized along sectoral lines due to both institutional and individual interventions.
The study concluded that Khenchela's urban scene is undergoing an uneven transformation that calls for a planning strategy capable of balancing local identity preservation with contemporary urban development needs.
