dc.description.abstractالملخص : تُعد المقاولة النسوية فاعلًا اجتماعيًا واقتصاديًا جديدًا، يساهم في تعزيز الديناميكية التنموية وتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة. وفي هذا السياق، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور المرأة المقاولة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، من خلال دراسة ميدانية استهدفت ثلاث نساء مقاولات بولاية خنشلة، وذلك لفهم أدوارهن ومساهماتهن في الأبعاد الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية للتنمية. وقد تمحورت إشكالية الدراسة حول التساؤل التالي: ما هو دور المرأة المقاولة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة؟ وللإجابة عن هذه الإشكالية، تم الانطلاق من الفرضيات العامة للدراسة: _تساهم المرأة المقاولة في تحقيق العدالة وتكافؤ الفرص من خلال تعزيز المساواة في بيئة العمل. _يلعب الجانب الهيكلي والتنظيمي للمشاريع دورا اساسيا في استمرارية مشاريع المرأة المقاولة من خلال القدرة على التكيف مع متطلبات التنمية المستدامة. _تسهم الترقية المهنية والاجتماعية للمرأة المقاولة في تعزيز دورها في التنمية المستدامة عبر تمكينها من القيادة والإبتكار. وقد تم اعتماد منهج دراسة الحالة، واستخدام المقابلة كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعطيات، بالنظر إلى قدرتها على استكشاف المعاني العميقة المرتبطة بالتجربة المقاولاتية النسوية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج، أبرزها أن المرأة المقاولة تلعب دورًا فعّالًا في التنمية المستدامة، ليس فقط من خلال خلق مناصب شغل وتحقيق الاستقلالية الاقتصادية، بل أيضًا من خلال تبني ممارسات تنظيمية وإدارية مرنة، والمساهمة في نشر قيم المساواة، وتحقيق نوع من التمكين الذاتي والاجتماعي، بالرغم من التحديات البنيوية والثقافية التي قد تواجهها. Abstract : Female entrepreneurship is emerging as a new social and economic actor that contributes to enhancing developmental dynamics and achieving the goals of sustainable development. In this context, the present study aims to shed light on the role of women entrepreneurs in promoting sustainable development through a field study conducted with three female entrepreneurs in the province of Khenchela. The objective is to understand their roles and contributions to the economic, social, and environmental dimensions of development. The central research question guiding this study is: What is the role of women entrepreneurs in achieving sustainable development? To answer this question, the study was based on the following general hypotheses: _ Women entrepreneurs contribute to achieving justice and equal opportunities by promoting equality in the workplace. _ The structural and organizational aspects of projects play a fundamental role in ensuring the continuity of women-led enterprises by enabling them to adapt to the requirements of sustainable development. _ The professional and social advancement of women entrepreneurs enhances their role in sustainable development by empowering them to lead and innovate. The study adopted a case study methodology and relied primarily on interviews for data collection, due to their ability to explore the deep meanings associated with women’s entrepreneurial experiences. The findings revealed that women entrepreneurs play an active role in sustainable development, not only by creating job opportunities and achieving economic independence, but also by adopting flexible organizational and managerial practices, promoting values of equality, and achieving a form of personal and social empowerment despite facing structural and cultural challenges.
