dc.description.abstractالملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على اهم العوامل المؤثرة في الاختيار المهني لدى الجنسين بمتوسطة زايدي بلدية قايس و ذلك بهدف معرفة اهم العوامل المؤثرة في اختيار المهنة و استخدمت المنهج الوصفي و ذلك بتطبيق أداة المقابلة كأداة أساسية في الدراسة مع الاستعانة بالملاحظة على مجموعة أساتذة يبلغ عددهم 30 أستاذ، خلال الفترة الممتدة من شهر اكتوبر الى شهر جوان ، توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود عوامل تؤثر في الاختيار المهني من بينهما العوامل الاجتماعية و كذا العوامل النفسية و أخيرا العوامل الاقتصادية Abstract : This study aims to identify the most important factors affecting the choice of Professional for both sexes in the middle of Zaidi Omar Municipality of Qais, in order to know the most important factors affecting the choice of profession and used the descriptive approach by applying the interview tool as a basic tool in the study with the help of observation on a group of professors numbering 30 professors, during the period frome October to June, the study concluded that there are factors affecting professional choice, including social factors and As well as psychological factors and finally economic factor
